Who operates this service

Information we use
We use your Google account identifier and email to manage access; uploaded artwork, filenames, dimensions and placement coordinates to supply sponsorships; and order, subscription and fulfillment records to manage billing and installation. We also retain the terms text and version, acceptance time, order amount and associated account for purchase-agreement records. Your account may include a sponsor website and communications with us.
Information visitors can see
Paid artwork, sticker dimensions, placement, monthly sponsorship price and approved website links may be public on the car and sponsor displays. Ended stickers may remain faded, and vehicle photos or videos may remain in earlier promotional posts. Account email, private billing records and administrator notes are not part of the public sponsor display. Unpaid artwork is restricted to its owner and the site administrator.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment information, subscriptions, invoices and receipts. We store order amounts, payment status and Stripe references; our application does not store full card numbers. Google provides sign-in. Netlify provides hosting and artwork storage, and Neon provides the PostgreSQL database. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Hosting and service providers may process technical request and security logs.
Browser storage
Sign-in uses session cookies. Your browser may store a local sticker draft, including artwork and placement choices, so you can return after authentication. Checkout identifiers help prevent duplicate purchase attempts and recover orders. You may clear local drafts using Start over or your browser storage settings; clearing browser storage does not cancel billing or delete server-side order records.
Use, retention and requests
We use information to provide the service, administer payments, review content, communicate about orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We retain information as needed for those purposes, including accounting, disputes and records of consent. Email justice@alphabetski.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify identity and retain records where necessary or legally required. Requesting deletion does not itself cancel a subscription; cancel in billing or include an explicit cancellation request. We will honor rights and response deadlines required by applicable law.
Security and external sites
We use access controls to limit sponsorship management to the customer and administrative access to the authorized owner. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Approved sponsor links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. The service is for adults, and we do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
