Marked Media LLC
Terms & Conditions
Your sponsorship, clearly explained.
Effective September 12, 2026 · Version 2026-09-12.1
Before you purchase
- Each payment covers one billing month. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Billing starts at purchase, including when you design later. Physical display follows artwork approval and installation.
- Cancel before your next charge in My stickers or email justice@alphabetski.com.
- No permanent spot, guaranteed mileage, views, or sales. Refunds and service remedies are explained below.
1. Your agreement with Marked Media LLC
TeslaSponsor.com is operated by Marked Media LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), which owns the promoted vehicle and receives sponsorship payments. Contact us at justice@alphabetski.com. We are an independent advertising service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., Google, Stripe, or TikTok.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you purchase for a business, you represent that you can bind it, and “you” includes that business. The checkout description, price, these Terms, and our Sponsor Guidelines form your agreement. A specific written order commitment we give you takes priority over conflicting general language. Mandatory legal rights always remain in effect.
2. One payment. One billing month.
Each successful monthly subscription payment entitles you to one billing month of active sponsorship for one sticker on the virtual car and the physical car, subject to the artwork, approval, installation, safety, and service-availability conditions below. A billing month runs from a charge date to the next monthly renewal date on your receipt or billing page; it is not necessarily 30 days. Each renewal purchases another billing month.
This is a limited advertising service, not ownership or a permanent reservation of space, a lease, an investment, a partnership, or lifetime promotion. You receive no entitlement to unpaid future months, industry exclusivity, ownership of the vehicle, or control of its operation. Competing sponsors may appear nearby.
Active promotion means displaying your design in the virtual scene and on the physical vehicle during the applicable period after setup. The car is privately operated, not a continuously operating billboard. Parking, personal use, darkness, dirt, washing, maintenance, and periods without website visitors are normal. A decal left on the car after a subscription ends is not continued paid service or a promise of continued display.
3. Price and automatic monthly renewal
Prices are in US dollars. Unless checkout says otherwise, the rate is $5 per square inch per month, calculated from the finished sticker’s width multiplied by its height, including the white backing, border, and empty space within that rectangle. Both sides must be at least 2 inches, making the smallest 2 × 2 sticker $20 per month. The maximum is 36 inches wide by 24 inches high, subject to safely fitting one panel. Applicable taxes or separately agreed charges are shown before payment.
The first charge is due at purchase. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method the displayed amount today and automatically each month until you cancel. There is no free trial or multi-month minimum unless a separate offer expressly says so. Uploading artwork later, not visiting the dashboard, or not using the service does not pause or cancel billing.
Your recurring price does not change merely because advertised prices change. Any proposed change to your subscription’s price or material renewal terms will be disclosed before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel and any consent or notices required by law. We do not retroactively increase a paid period’s price.
Use a payment method you are authorized to use and keep billing information accurate. Payment failure, reversal, or fraud may suspend promotion and release space when paid entitlement ends, subject to required notices. Payment retries do not guarantee recovery of a released position. Successful payment does not approve artwork or confirm physical installation.
4. Cancellation and release of your spot
Cancel future renewals in My stickers → Billing, invoices & cancellation. You may also email justice@alphabetski.com from your purchase email with enough information to identify the order. No phone call is required. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent renewal. We honor a timely, identifiable cancellation request even if our processing is delayed.
Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, with promotion continuing for that period subject to these Terms. It normally does not refund an already supplied period or time unused by your choice. Refund exceptions and mandatory rights appear below. Closing your browser, deleting a logo, or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
When paid entitlement ends, we may remove or cover the physical sticker and release its position. The virtual sticker may remain faded as a historical record and can be covered by new sponsors. Physical removal may occur later for practical reasons; you are not billed merely because it remains. An ended or paused subscription does not protect space. Returning requires available space and a new purchase unless we expressly arrange otherwise. Used decals need not be returned to you.
5. Pay now, design later
You may purchase without a logo or without choosing a position. Billing still starts immediately. A selected position is secured only after successful payment, and a placeholder may represent it until your first logo is submitted. A purchase without a selected position does not hold any specific panel or coordinates. It secures the purchased size and our commitment to help find suitable available space. If we cannot provide it, we will stop future charges and refund the unfulfilled sponsorship.
Submit usable artwork and needed placement choices through the dashboard associated with your purchase email. Your first logo submission is included without an additional artwork-change charge. We cannot print or physically promote a logo you have not supplied; a virtual placeholder does not mean a physical logo is installed. Your delay in providing artwork or necessary responses does not move billing dates, bank unused months, or entitle you to free future months. Contact us for help or cancel if you are not ready.
Unpaid drafts and open checkouts do not reserve space. Availability may change before payment completes. If simultaneous payments prevent us from honoring a selected position, we will offer a suitable alternative with your agreement or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order. You cannot displace another active paid sponsor.
6. Artwork rights, review, and changes
You retain ownership of your material and represent that you have all rights needed to reproduce and publicly display submitted logos, trademarks, text, photographs, and likenesses. Your advertising claims must be truthful, lawful, and supported. You are responsible for required permissions and disclosures and for the legality of the business, product, or destination promoted.
You grant the Company and its providers a non-exclusive license to store, print, reproduce, resize proportionally, add the disclosed backing or border, and display your material to provide and promote this sponsorship service. We may photograph or film the sponsored car and publish that material on our website and social accounts. Existing posts, ordinary archives, and records may remain after cancellation, but we will not describe you as a current paying sponsor after your entitlement ends. This license does not permit unrelated merchandise sales or claims that you endorse unrelated products.
Artwork must be approved before physical installation. We may refuse or remove unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unsuitable material, including material creating a credible legal or reputational risk. We may request proof of rights or corrections. A paid virtual preview may appear before review and is not approval or endorsement. Where practical we will explain a rejection and allow a correction. Initial rejection without fulfillment is subject to the refund terms.
Check spelling, resolution, colors, links, and design before submitting. We do not intentionally stretch or crop your logo to alter its proportions. Screen colors, lighting, white borders, print materials, cutting tolerances, and vehicle curvature may make physical appearance differ from the preview. After the first submission, artwork is fixed to the order. A voluntary replacement design requires cancellation and a new paid order, unless we authorize a correction or need to fix our own error. This does not remove remedies for defective work we supplied.
7. Production and physical installation
The subscription includes producing and installing your approved first sticker on the Company’s vehicle; it is not an order for stickers shipped to you. Installation requires usable approved artwork, measurements, materials, and vehicle access. We will communicate expected timing through the dashboard or your purchase email. Physical display begins after installation. The dashboard’s installation status, not the 3D preview, confirms installation.
The virtual scene is an illustration, not a physical survey. Small adjustments may be needed for curvature, trim, clearances, or production tolerances. Each sticker must fit one permitted body panel without crossing seams or covering windows, wheels, tires, lights, plates, cameras, sensors, or required markings. We will seek agreement to a material change in position or size. You may decline a material substitute and request the applicable unfulfilled-service refund.
No specific installation date or uninterrupted visibility is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. This does not allow indefinite delay: if we cannot supply the promised service within the confirmed schedule, or a reasonable time if none was confirmed, you may request a suitable extension or refund for unfulfilled service. We will not keep charging for a service we know we cannot supply without informing you and obtaining agreement to an alternative.
8. No guaranteed audience or business results
We do not guarantee mileage, routes, locations, events, driving hours, views, clicks, followers, leads, sales, search ranking, advertising return, or revenue. The owner decides when, where, and whether to drive. You may not direct the driver, track the vehicle, access private property, or demand particular activities. Website totals describe sponsorship amounts, not audited audience or performance measurements.
Unless a written offer states otherwise, a sponsorship above $100 per month includes one promotional video posted on the TeslaSponsor TikTok account for that sponsorship, not a video every month. It requires usable approved artwork and reasonable production scheduling. We retain creative direction. Views, distribution, platform availability, and permanent hosting are not guaranteed. We will discuss a substitute or appropriate remedy if we cannot deliver an expressly included video. Cancellation does not require removal of an existing post.
9. Vehicle damage, downtime, and safety
Weather, road debris, fading, vandalism, theft, collisions, repairs, repainting, recalls, illness, loss of vehicle access, legal restrictions, and third-party outages can affect promotion. Decals may wear, peel, or be damaged. We may temporarily remove, replace, or reposition them for safety, maintenance, or lawful operation. Sponsorship gives you no claim to vehicle insurance proceeds.
We will use reasonable efforts to address material interruptions and communicate known significant problems. We may offer a replacement decal, comparable placement with your consent, an extension, or a credit or refund for affected unprovided service. If we discontinue service, sell or lose access to the vehicle, or cannot supply a suitable substitute you accept, we will stop future renewals and refund the unfulfilled portion. You need not accept a different vehicle.
Events beyond reasonable control may excuse delay while they prevent performance, but do not allow us to retain payment indefinitely for service we cannot deliver. Minor interruptions or normal wear do not guarantee a full refund of an otherwise provided month. These provisions do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations that law prohibits excluding.
10. Refunds and service remedies
Except where law requires otherwise, a change of mind, disappointing results, or your failure to supply artwork does not entitle you to a refund for a paid period when the purchased service was available to you. There is no unconditional money-back or results guarantee. Cancel to stop future renewals.
We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges. If we reject your initial artwork and cannot agree on an acceptable design before physical fulfillment, or cannot supply the purchased placement, we will cancel future renewals and refund the initial unfulfilled order. If our failure materially prevents delivery after service begins, you may request a refund for the unprovided portion or agree to a replacement, extension, or credit. You need not accept store credit where a refund is due.
Report problems to justice@alphabetski.com with your purchase email and order details. We may request reasonable information to investigate. Refunds use the original payment method where possible; bank processing times vary. Contacting us is encouraged but does not waive lawful payment disputes, chargebacks, complaints, statutory cancellation rights, or other mandatory remedies. No provision shortens a legally protected deadline.
11. Links and public sponsor information
Website links need separate approval before becoming publicly clickable. Changes require a new review, and links may be disabled if they become unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or materially different. Visitors open sticker details first, then separately select the link. Approval does not endorse the destination or guarantee traffic.
Your submitted artwork, position, approved website, dimensions, and monthly sponsorship amount may be public. Do not submit confidential material or personal information you cannot lawfully publish. You are responsible for your website, claims, security, and privacy practices. We do not control sponsor websites, third-party platforms, networks, browsers, or payment processors.
12. Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your Google account and purchase email. Use only accounts, assets, and payments you are authorized to control, and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Do not bypass access controls, manipulate checkout or placement validation, upload malicious files, scrape private information, impersonate others, or interfere with another sponsor. We may restrict access reasonably needed for security, fraud investigation, or legal compliance.
You may manage only your own sponsorships; administration belongs to the Company. Keep original artwork and receipts. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may use transactional emails and dashboard notices to administer your order. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to unrelated marketing emails.
13. Service limitations
We will supply the service with reasonable care and honor express purchase commitments. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim other implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular advertising purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free website availability. We do not warrant that previews exactly match physical conditions or that a particular commercial outcome will occur.
You contract with Marked Media LLC. Owners, staff, contractors, and the driver do not personally guarantee advertising results or assume the Company’s contractual debts merely by helping deliver service. This does not release anyone from liability imposed on them by applicable law.
14. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service, including lost profits, advertising opportunities, goodwill, or losses based on expected audience or sales results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, combined liability for claims from an affected sponsorship is limited to the total fees you paid for that sponsorship during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims do not multiply the limit. This cap does not reduce a refund expressly owed under these Terms.
These limits and exclusions do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer remedies, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions prohibit particular exclusions; these apply only to the extent allowed where you are entitled to protection. Non-waivable rights remain intact.
15. Third-party claims involving your material
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Company and its personnel for reasonable third-party claims, damages, and necessary legal costs caused by artwork supplied without required rights, materially false advertising claims you supplied, your unlawful sponsor website, or intentional misuse of the service. This applies only to the extent your conduct caused the claim and does not cover our independent negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized changes to your material.
We will provide reasonably prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense. We will not settle in a way imposing an admission, non-monetary obligation, or unagreed payment on you without consent. This provision does not prohibit truthful reviews, lawful complaints, or reports to regulators.
16. Termination and future changes
We may decline new orders or end sponsorships for material breach, credible safety or legal concerns, or discontinuation. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow reasonable correction of a correctable breach. Unlawful content or urgent safety concerns may require immediate removal. We stop future billing when we terminate service. Unprovided prepaid periods remain subject to the refund terms and applicable law.
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The published version and acceptance record identify the terms for your checkout. Website edits do not retroactively change a paid period or establish new consent for an existing subscription. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance, with cancellation rights and renewed consent where required. Returning to view a sticker alone does not impose new terms.
17. Disputes and general provisions
Contact justice@alphabetski.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This is not a mandatory delay before urgent relief or a lawful remedy. Applicable United States federal law and applicable state law govern to the extent they apply, without removing mandatory protections available to you. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive distant court, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of small-claims rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent lawful. Non-enforcement is not a continuing waiver. This agreement creates no employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture. Transferring a subscription to another advertiser requires our agreement. Any transfer of our service remains subject to existing rights and unfulfilled obligations.
The order description, these Terms, Sponsor Guidelines, and written order-specific commitments constitute the agreement. Promotional illustrations and oral estimates do not override express contractual promises. Accrued payment and refund rights, permitted archival use, liability provisions, and dispute provisions survive only as reasonably necessary to give them effect.
18. Electronic acceptance and contact
Before opening checkout, you must affirmatively accept these Terms and the displayed recurring charge. We retain the terms version and text, server-recorded acceptance time, order identifier, monthly amount, and associated account when signed in. This records agreement to that purchase, not a separate marketing consent. You can save or print this page and request a copy of your purchase agreement.
Email justice@alphabetski.com for cancellation, installation help, refunds, intellectual-property concerns, or other questions. Include your purchase email and relevant order details. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
